Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase SmartCouple Online?
No. All purchases at Smartcoupleonline use the PayPal system to receive payment. However, you do not have to have a PayPal account. You may use your credit card to make payment as a guest at PayPal without creating an account.

When I purchase SmartCouple Online, what happens next?
Once you have completed your purchase an email will be sent to both you and your partner with instructions and a link to create your account passwords. (If you do not receive this email, please check your spam and junk folders. Some filters automatically send email from companies to these folders the first time they are received.) You can log in at www.smartcoupleonline.com using your email address and the password you created.

Once logged in, you can take the survey. We recommend that you take the survey in one sitting (30 minutes or less), but if you need to pause and come back later to complete it, that is possible. It is not required that you answer every question, but if you do, you will receive the most comprehensive report.

When both you and your partner have completed and submitted the survey, your commentary report will be immediately available and accessible to both of you. You may view and print the report at the site when you are logged in by clicking on the "my profile" button.

Does SmartCouple Online retain any of my data?
No. Your survey responses and your personal report are retained only for your access.

Can I watch the videos full-screen?
Yes, by clicking on the icon in the lower right corner of the video while it is playing. Please note however, that depending on the speed of your internet connection, your computer’s specifications, and the browser you are using, you may find that the audio plays smoothly in full-screen mode but the video may be choppy or seem out of sync with the audio. If that is the case for you, we recommend that you view the videos in the smaller size.
